The inspiration of Ella (the culinary pro behind popular local vegan cheese producer Left Coast Culture) this trendy all-vegan cafe and deli features the Highland’s only plant-based cheese counter.
As you’d expect the menu and deli feature many of Left Coast Culture’s cheeses in sandwiches, toasties and platters. You’ll also find healthy salads, soups, cakes and pastries. The menu is relatively simple and is supplemented by a changing selection of specials. Honestly I still struggle to choose every time, as all of it is so good! I recently enjoyed a fantastic roast vegetable tart with a soy sauce spiked kale salad and their mushroom sausage rolls are delish!
