Perk Coffee & Doughnuts

In the centre of Inverness, Perk is the premier place for doughnuts but also offers some savoury sandwiches. The vegan Bizz-coff is a regular feature on their menu of generously-sized doughnuts but keep an eye out for other options (such as the Rhubarbara Streisand with rhubarb compote and cardamom custard or the Katy Berry which is topped with icing and blueberries).

They have sandwiches (which can be toasted) with a couple of vegan options (like mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, rocket and pesto or hummus, beetroot, avocado, chilli flakes and rocket). All vegan options are clearly marked and you can choose from oat, almond or soy milk to have in your hot drinks.

Perk is primarily a takeaway (with delivery also available) but there is a limited amount of seating available indoors and outdoors. You can pre-order boxes of doughnuts from their website for collection or delivery.
