Menus: 📄Restaurant 📄Takeaway

This Asian restaurant and takeaway began as a lockdown pop-up in Strathness House Hotel in Inverness but it’s here to stay. Currently a small kitchen limits the menu but hopefully a planned expansion by the hotel will also include more room for the restaurant and its cooking facilities.

Current vegan options from the Indian menu include lentil bites, rajma masala (red kidney bean), lasooni dal tadka (yellow lentil) and roasted cauliflower and potato biryani. The current printed menu has the raita (served with the biryani) mistakenly marked as vegan but you can ask to swap it for curry sauce. The Chinese menu includes vegetable spring rolls, hot garlic tofu, some sweet and sour options and Hakka noodles.

Bonus points for: prompt service, beautiful riverside location and eco-friendly compostable packaging for takeaways.
